Color Blend Strips

Color Blend quilling papers are the most unique quilling paper on the market.  The color changes as it goes down the strip to create an amazing variation in colors.  These quilling papers are actually a vellum which allows the light to come through and the colors to really pop!  Each pack contains 50 strips of paper that is 12 inches long.
