We have taken the functionality of our Circle Template Board and squeezed it into this handy and compact ruler.  This quilling tool has the same hole sizes as the Circle Template Board, which correspond to all of our quilling kits.  

Just roll a strip of paper and place it in a hole size to make the perfect size coil - every time!  It even includes pin holes in the ruler so you can mount it on corkboard for making off-centered circles. This is the perfect tool to use when teaching a class - we give one away to every student!
