I made a card with a crinoline lady when i first started quilling but this is my second attempt and much more presentable! I gave my plaque two coats of paint then spray varnished it before adding my design. I used a border peel off to edge the plaque and a flat hook on the back for hanging it. I have seen a few variations of this lady on QC.
