Description: Here's a small framed memento I made for a recent bride. Her wedding colors were black & white, so I first converted a color photo to b&w in Photoshop and added a black background. Then I positioned various sizes of decorative quilling using white paper. The thick mat board in the picture frame allowed me to easily add quilling without it being damaged by the glass.

Description: I wanted to make a quilled embellishment that was free standing - not attached to cardstock or anything else - so I came up with this pink Scottie Dog. It's made with 2-inch lengths of quilling paper formed into s-scrolls. It took approximately 70 scrolls to complete the design, which measures about 3x2 inches.
