Description: The view is from above because it came out better....but I am a huge horror movie fan and Freddy is one of my top 5 horror icons, and a friend of mine in our apartment complex made a gift for my hubby so I wanted to make him something in return, and I know he likes Freddy too, so I quilled him this little version.....and now I want to make one for myself along with some of my other horror faves....brainstorming how to do Pinhead, I need needles I guess, and Jason and Leatherface of course ;)

Quilled Wings

Description: I like to make and create these little guys called Color Blanks, they're just like Munny's in case anyone's heard of those, but they're these little vinyl blank creatures that you can paint and sculpt and pretty much do anything to. I have a LOT of them, but this is my latest one, and I've always wanted to add my quilling to one of them in some way or another, so this one I figured quilled wings would work quite nicely, and I think it came out great. The wings aren't really anything special, this is just a view of the cat's back so you can see the wings, on the "front" side of the wings I added a bunch of glitter, never too much glitter as far as I'm concerned. ;)

Description: Made this card for my mom and dad this Valentine's day...I found a nice tutorial on working with multi-strip scrolls, which I've never done before, atleast not while actually going for that look, which I really think looks great. Not sure how I like how these scrolls came out, but the card as a whole looks good, I am a big fan of this color scheme, and I kinda stole the style from various henna tattoos I've gotten over the years. When I can, I'm planning a large quilled henna design, but it needs some more work in my head before I start it....
