I’m brand spanking new at quilling and just received my first quilling books and Quilled Creations starter kit, today! Am anxious to try my hand at this craft.
I logged onto your site and watched the videos of using the slotted tool and of making the roses. I couldn’t get over how easy you made the instructions to make the roses and the kit so convenient. I’m putting the kit on my wish list.
You explained everything clear and precisely so a new beginner, like me, can understand how to do this and not be frustrated.
Looking forward to viewing more of your video tutorials in the near future.

Love these roses, I got the quilling tools because I wanted to make roses and found directions for making roses using a flower petal cut out and a heart shape cut out and using the flower as a base and the heart shapes as the petals with the top of the heart curled back, then you have to glue it all together! Your roses kit is so much simpler with only one piece and a lot less time to put together, I love it. I would love to win one of the roses kits, my friends and family will be excited to see what I can do with those roses and how fast I could make them. They are beautiful!!

  31. Marie says:

My great grandmother taught me how to quill. She quilled a wedding invitation for every wedding she was ever invited to. It was something special for us to do together. I would decorate cards with sayings, put them in shadow boxes and take them to the fair for 4-H. She passed away at 102 and I’m still quilling and love that she shared this with me.

  32. Joni says:

i don’t even know if you are still giving away the kit, but I thought I would try it. I just learned about quilling from a craft show and I was so amazed by it. I bought my first kit 2 days later. I was also intrigued when I seen your bio and you used to work for a ‘major’ copier company out of Rochester. I believe I too work for that same company! This time of year, I am always showing customers why their paper is curling! LOL

Thanks for all you are doing
