Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with any of the products you
receive from us. Please contact us so we can arrange to have the product(s) replaced or refunded. Please
note the following:
- Products can only be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.
- Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.
- All returns must be in the original packaging.
At Quilled Creations we work hard to get your quilling supplies into your hands as quick as possible. The following rates apply for shipping:
Shipping within United States
We ship the majority of orders by USPS Priority Mail (typically 3-4 days). We charge a $5 Flat Rate for this service. During the checkout process, you may also select to have your order shipped by USPS Express Mail (1-2 days). The cost of this service depends on the weight of your order and will be determined as you are checking out.
Shipping to International Destinations
We ship our products all over the world! The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your order. You can enter your order on our website and, as you are checking out, you will be presented with multiple shipping options and costs. These options include First Class Mail, Priority Internatioal and Express International shipping. If you select First Class International, we do not guarantee delivery and lost orders will not be refunded or reshipped. First Class shipments may take several weeks to arrive. All international orders may have additional customs fees or taxes levied by your government. We have no control over this and have no way of knowing how much these fees may be.
